Ordered Denali Cansmart Controller Gen 11 from A Bike Thing for my 2025 Triumph Tiger 900 GT.
Unfortunately when I opened the box I noticed that the Euro 5 Canbus Controller was not in the box, only the earlier Canbus Controller which is no use for my model. Contacted A Bike Thing informing them of this. Aparently the Hex Ez Can comes with both the Can Bus Connectors. Steve the owner of A Bike Thing checked other Cansmart boxes only to find there was no Euro 5 Canbus Connectors in any of the boxes, he immediately contacted me to say that they would send 1 Euro 5 Canbus Connector from a Hex Ez Can box. Great Service appreciate this.

I have sent 2 emails to A Bike Thing regarding Order Number 140481 and to date have had no response back from them. Their website states that the Denali Cansmart Gen 11 is the correct one for my motorcycle 2025 Triumph Tiger 900 GT. My bike has the Euro 5 Canbus connector but the Cansmart in the box only has the earlier Canbus connector. Update, Steve has just got back to me he was not aware that the Euro 5 Cnabus connector was not in the Denali Cansmart box. He has checked other boxes only to find none of them have the Euro 5 Canbus connector. He is sending one from the Hex EZ Can, which do have the Euro 5 connector in the box. all well now, happy.

I have had problems with my Nord VPN Initially not working properly and having to contact Nord, who solved the problems. have had some problems with updates, themes recent being having to switch off the Nord VPN to allow access to my BT Mail and also to gain access to my Safari Browser then switch the Nord VPN back on again, not good. To be fair after another update everything seems to be working ok, I don't know if it was a conflict with BT or Safari.

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus, stated in excellent condition.
The phone arrived the next day and was as stated in Handtec's website.

I was a bit sceptical about the quality of the glasses but I needn’t have worried. The glasses were delivered within a fortnight. Both pairs of glasses were of good quality and both were as good as a pair I paid over £200 for, need I say more.

This is now the 23/02/2021and I have still not received the item I ordered on the 23/02/2021 although I paid £4.95 for shipping, NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Will not use again.
