Over the past week I've placed 3…

Over the past week I've placed 3 orders.
Got discounts with all of them on the Myprotein App.
All the orders got upgraded to next day delivery, which was brilliant.
The 2in1 shorts are fantastic quality and fit, just as the tshirts I got are too. Delighted!!

Great sale bargains

Online sale has some great buys. Was impressed with the speed of delivery too.
Would've been 5 stars, but when in Braehead store I bought Belstaff jacket on sale, but loads of items that are on sale online are full price in store, and the store don't match the online price.

Unauthorised Repairs

Put 2 watches into Ernest Jones Braehead. Agreed the repair & service of one watch £240. The other watch bracelet wasn't closing properly. They didn't know whether it required a new clasp or whole new bracelet. Left them both with them (11th Aug). Had no contact at all from branch, so I called them yesterday 22nd Oct, to be told 1st watch due in tomorrow and the other had been repaired and I owed £44. Carrying out repairs without consulting with customer. Said they had emailed me ( to a different email to the one I gave them) but never tried my phone number which they also had. As this was my sons and he was desperate to get it back, I stupidly paid for it and left the shop absolutely raging and trying not to lose my temper. Tried contacting their Customer Services Live Chat, who was probably worse than no help at all. Also, they cannot give you a transcript of the Live Chat, which after using it I understand why. Hopeless. Bought my last Tag Heuer from there and other items for family members. I will never use them again and would strongly advise anyone to go elsewhere.
