I would give a -100 if possible.
Not only did their agent in person provide complete false information about their policies but my rental was cancelled based on their feedback not my decision.
After that, they have reached out asking for additional funds on top of their cancellation fee of a large amount.
The additional cancellation fee funds they are looking for are 4 months post my time with them and the basis is from damage or additional km used on the r. We were never given the car or took it so how is this possible.
OVERALL DO NOT rent from this fraudulent scam Business.

Autovia s.r.l. does not apply charges for damages or mileage to vehicles that have never been handed over to the customer. Any communication sent after a cancellation is strictly related to administrative or contractual checks, and never to vehicle usage that did not occur.
A rental may only be cancelled in cases where contractual requirements are not met, as clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of booking. Any applicable cancellation fees strictly follow contractual provisions and are never discretionary.
