Very helpful and quick to reply.

I was after a specific auxiliary light setup for my bike and asked for advice on what parts I would need and whether or not it would work together properly. I received a prompt and very helpful reply the next day along with a customised parts list which helped me place an order without having to trawl around the website.

Excellent service, competitive pricing and very helpful advice. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use this company again.

For unbiased reviews they also have a very handy YouTube channel.

Changing bike: the advisor was helpful but beware of the fees

The advisor was helpful and we managed to get a reasonable deal for my new bike but the existing underwriter wanted to charge a lot more than I was happy with so I ended up changing underwriter.

The annoying part is that the fees for changing to a different underwriter are higher if the existing underwriter will still insure the bike, even though their additional charge was way too high for no good reason.

I had only renewed a month ago and had to pay an extra £160 even though the new policy was only £30 more the old one. If the existing underwriter was unwilling to insure the new bike it would’ve been half that …!

I will be shopping around next year.

The cost of a mid-term change is reflective of the current underwriter you are with and the insurance premiums are generated by the underwriters on a live pricing system which calculates the current premium based on the risk of the policy.

Got what we asked for - pure and simple

We came into the store to buy a basic, 3-seater sofa to replace one we recently gave away to a family member. Found what we wanted, chose the colour and simply said to the salesperson that we didn't want any extras or upgrades. Everything was processed quickly and efficiently and we left happy - can't ask for more.

Highly recommended - competitively priced, fast and excellent service

I can't recommend this company highly enough. My boiler failed I realised that it had had the same fault 8 months previously - time for a new boiler then! After a bit of searching, I found WarmZilla and thought I'd get a quote ... and I'm glad I did!

Over £1000 cheaper than a couple of well-known service providers and I was able to book an installation within 3 working days ... wow! (The others would only have given me a quote within that time, and actually installing the boiler would probably have been a week after that!) All I needed to do was answer some questions online and provide some photos of the existing boiler (the site tells you which photos you need to provide).

The guys let me know what time they were going to arrive the day before the job. They were on time, courteous, professional and did a great job. I now have a neatly installed boiler with a really good warranty (7 years) that will keep things going for a while.

Destination Triumph Dorset - a great place to buy a bike!

This review only applies to Destination Triumph Dorset in Christchurch (part of the Birchwood Group).

I visited the dealership shortly after it opened as I had a potential warranty issue with my Tiger 800. The guys not only resolved this issue quickly, they also spotted a second issue, reported it to Triumph and got it sorted at the same time.

I then decided to PX my Tiger in for an ex-demo Rocket 3R ... the whole process was seamless. They made a good offer for my Tiger, fitted all the extras I wanted and even kept hold of the original parts for a week while I took my new purchase for a 300 mile round trip to Devon!

Customer service is excellent ... I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

.. oh yes, they have a really good coffee machine as well ...! ;-)
