Horrible customer service!
Ordered plastic flowers for my aunts birthday as she is in hospital. Paid for the next day delivery on Saturday not arrived by Tuesday! Not expected until this evening. Contacted customer service and they say"we're sorry you didn't meet the deadline of ordering in our office hours that end on a Friday!" Awful service, don't bother to use the next day delivery over the weekend for your plastic tat!

My experience was that ancestry had a lot of hidden extra costs. I know it's a business but it all feels very money grabbing, I really didn't like the "pay extra to jump the queue". It feels sleezy!
I paid more to get the traits included, they only got about 25% correct. I don't think that's worth the money. An example was, they said my hair is wavy, the reality is my hair is so straight even the strongest perm couldn't put a wave or curl in it for more than a day! It said I was highly competitive, I don't have any competitiveness in me, I simply don't care about winning and I'm happy for you beat me especially if it makes you feels happy! I could have gone to a circus fortune teller for more accurate info! I guess it's only a bit of fun but I wouldn't recommend spending more on it.

Fitbit app used to be excellent. It is in decline unless you pay their monthly subscription! I paid £400 for a piece of tech and can only use its full potential if I keep paying! You can shove it fitbit, no doubt you are making fortunes using all the data you have on us too!

Denby website is the most frustratingly user unfriendly experience. It's slow and glitchy, takes forever to find what you want and has a really strange add to basket, I found I couldn't add the product I wanted without adding additional products that I didn't want! Took me ages to figure it out. Not a happy easy shopping experience, just left me exhausted and wanted to give up!

We were moved to British Gas as our provider went bust. We've had dreadful issues, because we have economy 7, we've had issues with them not providing the night rate power, then not giving us the night rate discount! It's almost impossible to contact them, when you do talk to them their call staff are foreign, rude, and belligerent. I cannot wait to move away from British Gas.

I use this company a lot, they have been reliable, cost effective, and have good quality goods. The chocolate Brazil Nuts are not to my taste though, the chocolate is very generous but very poor quality with an extremely high sugar content. I would rather less chocolate coverage and higher quality, sometimes less is more!

I cannot fault the service of Superdrug, they have really lovely staff who go all out to help. However, the actual product isn't as good as high street retailers, you definitely get what you pay for. I wanted to have reactor light lenses put into my spare glasses. Service was fast, and when I got them back they weren't quite right and made me feel ill, I contacted customer service and they did sort it out for me, I had frequent updates by emails and the staff were lovely. The reactor's aren't the quality of Boots and I struggle to see to read with them, even though Superdrug are far cheaper and have brilliant customer service, I don't think I would use the service again, simply because I want a better quality product.
