Worst customer service ever
I bought a pair of joggers which bobbled after the first wear. I emailed about this and was sent out a new pair of joggers even though I said that this wouldn’t work for me as I had to get the previous ones taken up. I didn’t want to pay to get another pair of joggers taken up.
After contacting MyProtein, I was told that I could return the joggers for a refund. However, when I input my order number and email, the order is not recognised. I contacted them about this and was told to input the shipment number in the order number box instead and 00000 in the postcode box. I tried this and again, it did not work. I have tried to inform MyProtein of this four times to which I am told the exact same information. A different person is replying each time and nobody is reading back through the conversation.
I want my money back. I have never received such shocking customer service in my life.
Update - after writing this review, the issue has now been resolved. It shouldn’t have taken me to write this review but hopefully this improved things for other people!
