Mediocre at Best

Order arrived destroyed and missing items which were replaced. Instead of shipping the usual ones I purchase I received the less expensive ones without B-12 which are not working well at all.Going to have to find somewhere local to purchase from or go back to glasses.

Amazon is an absolute fraudulent…

Amazon is an absolute fraudulent business. More then once have they made mistakes and told me there’s nothing they can do. This last issue put me over the edge. Order Christmas Gifts with Faster Shipping, everyone of them was late. They charged my Checking Account when I clearly selected my Discover Card. The Invoice and Order Details even show Discover as my Payment. Realizing I was short in my Bank Account I noticed Amazon charged my Bank Account which set me into being Overdrawn with a bunch of Overdraft fees. So now Christmas with an empty bank account and fees due to Amazon being such fraudulent pricks. Do not believe product reviews, everything I ordered had great reviews and 75% of the products are absolute crap. I won’t t be shopping at Amazon any more but I will see you in Court.

Very Poor Customer Service

Even if you change or pause your delivery they’ll bill you and send them out. After telling the they don’t refund your account. You get store credit even if you cancel your account. Another scammer with fraudulent business practices.

We are sorry to hear you have not had a good WALDO experience.

It seems that when you paused your subscription which is for a maximum of 3 months, it simply resumed and your subscription was renewed which is why there was a charge. As the lenses had already been dispatched, we were unable to cancel and refund the order.

Best Mount on the Market

I have been riding most my life and tried about every mount. MOB Armor lost a new iPhone on the first ride, RAM is a pain, takes both hands and relies on a basically glorified rubber band to hold the phone securely to the X-Grip.

I purchased the Quad Lock iPhone 7Plus Case and 1” Ball Mount to attach to my existing 1” Mount. Works beautifully and requires one hand to attach or remove your phone. I was so happy with it I purchased the USB Motorcycle Charger and the Ring/Stand. Never left with a dead phone and the Ring/Stand has a clip to attach to your key ring, never lose that motorcycle key again. All in All, top quality, decent pricing and awesome Customer Service!
