I literally took years before we got any money back and then it was a fraction of what we expected. They were also very vague when we asked for the details of the case. Not what I expected or were promised at all.

As you know, due to a bad financial situation, the airline has undergone a restructuring process in 2020-2021 affecting all of its creditors.
As a result, it was decided that all creditors would only receive a dividend up to 5% of the claim value as a final settlement of the compensation dispute.
As your compensation claim is for a flight taking place before November 18th 2020 it is affected by the above terms.
As we did not fully agree with such a turn of events, our legal experts tried to challenge the scheme in hopes of obtaining more than a 5% dividend. Unfortunately, despite their efforts the court ruled in favor of the airline.

After 2 years we received 60 euros for what cost us 800 euros. AIRHELP are both dishonest and non transparent. Strongly feel we have been conned!

Norwegian dumped myself, my wife and our two young children in Stockholm instead of Gothenberg and couldnt care less. Two years later the miserly a holes offered us 120 euros for what cost us 800 to complete our journey, Disgusting company!
