The booking site is really odd I went to book it and the money was taken from my account so I thought great it’s booked 3 days later I’m checking the bank and the money has been returned seems you have to book pay and then click on book again - confusing site not great hopefully it’s actually booked now

Im having a hard time working with Postbank. For any service you need to have a pin. I had a 5 digit pin for telephone banking now that’s been discontinued it was replaced by a 12 digit pin that was so complicated to get it never worked but that’s ok because that whole system had been replaced with a 6 digit pin. I’ll probably need to get the activation pin for the pin sent to my home address about 4 times as it’s only valid for about 5 minutes after it finally arrives in the post. I’ve never experienced such an antiquated and backwards bank from a technical perspective. I can only assume they need to support their own post business by sending millions of pin letters. For systems they change every 6 months.

The support is great the app is easy to use. The complete opposite to my current bank where everything is “no we can’t do that” or you will have to do that on a web based system that usually doesn’t work or is difficult to use. And if you need support I can wait on the phone for at least half an hour…

I first receive an email informing me the delivery I never received has been returned.

I try to contact the company and only get a Spanish phone number.

I use the online information form to request an update hear nothing for a week.

I have paid for my part and received absolutely nothing for nearly 2 weeks.
I know it is the summer period but this level of customer service is shocking.

Great service previously bought via Amazon but direct is even better as the stock availability and colour choice is better.

It was good I went to the specified testing center. The result was prompt and the Staff on-site polite and friendly.

I planned to get to birmingham airport for a test. Flight at 10.30 so booked for 9.00 am arrived about 8.40 and got tested straight away a bit early was no issue. Received the result as I queued for check in about 45 mins later on my phone. Happy with service considerably cheaper than others I saw on net at 35 pounds. In Germany it is all free but hey ho if you must pay for it this is reasonable.
