Im having a hard time working with Postbank. For any service you need to have a pin. I had a 5 digit pin for telephone banking now that’s been discontinued it was replaced by a 12 digit pin that was so complicated to get it never worked but that’s ok because that whole system had been replaced with a 6 digit pin. I’ll probably need to get the activation pin for the pin sent to my home address about 4 times as it’s only valid for about 5 minutes after it finally arrives in the post. I’ve never experienced such an antiquated and backwards bank from a technical perspective. I can only assume they need to support their own post business by sending millions of pin letters. For systems they change every 6 months.
