I used this insurance service about two years ago and switched to another provider. Today, they withdrew money from my bank account without my permission.

They paid less money to the dealership

They paid less money to the dealership, only to realize on the day of vehicle collection that 🚮 it wasn’t paid in full. At least they should've made me aware and I had to pay extra just to collect the car. I’m very frustrated and disappointed!!!!!!!!!!😞
