A shame of company

They work with transport companies that do not deliver the items, lose them, or steal them. When you ask for solutions, they do t investigate properly and support more their useless transport companies than their clients. Never experienced such level of unprofessional customer service.

POTENTIAL SCAM - Do not buy from this web

Do not buy from this web. I am pretty sure it’s a scam. I have ordered a foundation in the beginning of August. I never received the product and the pseudo customer service is not replaying to my emails. Just, place your orders on another reliable web. Waste of money and waste of time.

Be aware of the 5 stars reviews! These are completely fake. There is a pattern being followed in each and every one of them. Created from new accounts with no other reviews online. Don't get fooled by these scammers. You will not get your ordered items.

After leaving this review, they proceeded to refund me and to legally threat me🤣 completely non professional and delulu. Probably, that’s why you don’t sent your clients their products nor do your business properly. You are too busy writing legal prosecutions against your lost clients. Makes sense now…

Awful page

I placed an order on June 11th, and today is June 23rd — yet I’ve received neither my perfume nor any updates regarding its delivery. It’s incredibly disappointing that transportation fees are charged even when purchasing high-end niche items, only to receive this kind of subpar service.

Customer service has already refused to refund the delivery costs, which speaks volumes. A truly reputable company would take responsibility and offer compensation when they fail to meet the promised delivery timelines.

This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be ordering again.

Premium scam

You "click bait" on the weekly subscription thinking that you will actually get more perks but you get nothing. 17'99EUR completely thrown away. I bought it and the matches ended after 15 min (without even touching the advanced filters). I really thought I was doing something wrong.
I deleted my profile, created a new one, and guess what? Hundreds of new people, and for free. Lots of matches, not a single euro spent.

SCAM

Despite canceling my subscription within the 14-day trial period, I was charged in direct violation of your own terms and conditions.

Details of this fraudulent charge:

Subscription Plan: 14 Days Basic
Date of Subscription: May 6th, 2024
Date of Cancellation: May 20th, 2024
Unauthorized Charge: €29.95

This is the second time I have been incorrectly charged after properly canceling within 14 days. Your refund policy’s limitations do not apply here as both instances are clear errors on your part, not an attempt to exploit your policy.

Save yourself time and headaches. Do not use this service. COMPLETE SCAM

Avoid this usless and unprofessional beauty page. Do yourself a favour!

I ordered a perfume on Nov 9th, for which I asked a withdrawal, 1h after the purchase. They said they cannot cancel the order and that I should just refuse it (upon arrival). After receiving the package, I sent it back to them on Nov 13th (the same day it arrived). Today, Nov 26th I have no refund from them, even though they have received the item (Hermes tracking number confirms it). No answer to my emails in 3 days. Crappy customer service!
Please do yourself a favor and avoid buying from them by all means. There are way cheaper and more effective and serious online beauty shops (like Piper or Falconi).

Never again!

Extremely disappointed with the sending/return policy for items under 125€. So, basically you spend 12€ for the Europe (Germany) transportation fee upon purchase AND 11’50€ fee for the return. In conclusion, I lost 23’50€ for a 40€ top.
Will recommend this to no one. Not buying ever again.

Last three orders I placed came…

Last three orders I placed came defective. Two of them were refunded but in the last one, which was a picture which basically came wrecked, as a “goodwill” they refunded me 10€, which is a laugh. Customer service employees seem like they are not in a complete mood to work. Not helpful. Not nice.
Do yourself a favor and avoid purchasing here. Even if stuff may look cheaper than usual, the overall experience is not worth it.
