It’s a company that sells perfumes cheaper, but then they don't deliver, and you won't receive any updates on your order.

Probably a scam website. No response from seller after months.

No answer for an order from 4.11.

*update: This is now flagged by Bella-me after I wrote to them 3 times with no answer3. They answered today after taking my money weeks ago with no communication. And they canceled my order with no explanation.

Purchased an item 29th September (or thought I did). They just kept the money and replied to my claim of undelivery with automatic responses: Delivery delays? In Germany?? No, impossible.

Do not buy from this web. I am pretty sure it’s a scam. I have ordered a foundation in the beginning of August. I never received the product and the pseudo customer service is not replaying to my emails. Just, place your orders on another reliable web. Waste of money and waste of time.

Be aware of the 5 stars reviews! These are completely fake. There is a pattern being followed in each and every one of them. Created from new accounts with no other reviews online. Don't get fooled by these scammers. You will not get your ordered items.

After leaving this review, they proceeded to refund me and to legally threat me🤣 completely non professional and delulu. Probably, that’s why you don’t sent your clients their products nor do your business properly. You are too busy writing legal prosecutions against your lost clients. Makes sense now…

I am quite sure this site is a scam.
I purchased perfume 2 months ago and have still not received them. Each time I write to customer service I get the same automated responce that my order is in backlog and could take up to 2 weeks to deliver. Its been 2 months and its the same message each time.

Update: after leaving this review I was still not contacted regarding what happened to my order but I was refunded. However, they are also threatened legal action against me for leaving a negative review. So this still does not seem legitimate

After this review, they issued a refund and they threatened me they will sue me. I have the proof that on the site they mentioned a delivery time of 4-7 days and there was no mention of being out of stock.

I've made two purchases from this site, and in short, buying here is a test of patience. The first time I bought something, I had to cancel it because it took 20 days and they didn't ship anything.
The second time I waited a month and a 4 days; I bought it on April 28th, my perfume should have arrived the first week of May, I wrote to them and received a reply on May 17th that "they are out of stock, that I should be patient and if I can wait about two weeks", I waited two weeks and a few more days and the perfume still hadn't been sent. and the only response was that "they have a stock problem", Of course I canceled the purchase and requested my money back immediately. On the page it says they ship in 4-7 labor days and on both occasions I bought I received nothing.
However, I can't consider it a "scam" because on both occasions I received an immediate refund of the amount I paid as soon as I requested to cancel my purchase. I didn't lose any money, but I wasted a lot of time and received nothing.

In general: I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, although it is not a scam, nothing guarantees that you will receive your perfume, even if you wait a month.

Very bad experience! After 10 days waiting and my email that I’m going to contact bank for a fraud, they answer they don’t have my product in a warehouse! What is that? And they will do a refund in10 days.

Then I wrote a review based on my experience here on this website and they contacted me threatening with a lawsuit because what I said was not true (which actually was). They also said I ordered a product which was sold out and that’s why I had to wait for it so long. They DID NOT put the ‘SOLD OUT’ sign anywhere, it wasn’t there. Otherwise I wouldn’t order and pay for it.

As I just wanted my money back, I said I’ll edit or delete my review, so I’m doing it now. They did refund my money, still everything was so unprofessional and I wouldn’t deal with them anymore.
