I've had very good experiences on wowcher, buying very good quality products for a very good prices and very good experiences dealing with the customer service people but.. I've had very very bad experience with some of their sellers, which they should control more or throw them out from the platform because these companies are a black mark on the business. Companies as Durest, for example, never ever respecting the deal, or Vivo and their miserable mystery deal, full of rubbish you could buy at a pound shop.. not. .maybe not even there anymore, horribly unmatching the price you pay for it. They should be more careful and selective in choosing some sellers or keep them still there. Shame..it could have been a 5 star review.

I can see I'm not the only one. I've bought a mattress on WoWcher. Arrived in late, It was not at all what I've paid for. I understand can be slightly different but COMPLETELY something else it doesn't work. What I received is something you can buy at less than the deal price, It suppose to be a memory foam sprung mattress and I received an old style spring mattress. I've explained to them I've bought it because my back problems and that the one I received would have broken my back in a week. They advertise the mattress at £548,it's not worth the £48. I've been repeatedly in touch with company asking to respect their deal and change the item but they wont listen at all. They ask me to pay for a courier to send back the mattress and maybe they would change it. Yea.. right...I sincerely advise everybody to save their money and never buy something from this company.

I've bought a memory foam sprung mattress with the 75% of discount because my back problems and because I can't afford to pay the price of 500 and more unfortunately. I was thrilled looking at the offer. I received instead an old style spring one. It will break my back in a month. I'm asking for an exchange but still not answer from the merchant. Utterly disappointed some company doesn't really understand the purpose of being on Wowcher. Hope to solve the issue friendly. Wowcher customer service promptly reply. We'll see.

I found very good quality products at a very nice discount. We can still check on the seller website the real price and it's always a good bargain. It's becoming my main shopping centre 😁

Sono contenta che ancora una volta abbiano confermato la loro incapacità. Dalle poste di Tivoli parte un pacco verso il Regno Unito e l'operatore lo invia come SPEDIZIONE NAZIONALE. Vi mettono lì a premere due tasti senza neanche sapere perché o cosa facciate branco di idioti ormai patentati. Ovvio il pacco sta tornando a Tivoli dopo essere andato in consegna... A BOLOGNA?????? WINCANTON SOMERSET UK in consegna a BOLOGNA???? Almeno imparate a leggere. Ci fareste un favore e risparmiereste l'imbarazzo.
