UNACCEPTABLE COMPANY BEHAVIOR
They seem to think customers are obliged to buy from them—and that’s with so much competition around. I requested an exchange for some unused Pulze 3.0 heating devices (due to a malfunction) at 9:30 this morning; then came the representative's call at 4:30 PM—delivered with an incredibly haughty, condescending attitude—where, essentially, I was the one who practically had to apologize for bothering their useless customer service system. Since I didn't have the devices right in front of me, the lady in question—who didn't even give me her name—asked for a time to call back when I would have the devices "under review" at hand, and we scheduled it for 18:30. They called me just as they called you. Unacceptable after-sales service—a poor (or rather, terrible) customer service team.

For the 2nd time, poor quality
For the 2nd time, one of the two devices i bought it has poor quality. The cleaning pin is almost impossible to pull out, and the head and cap of the device are not sliding as easy as the other device.

Delivery is great, package should be smaller cause little box inside is moving around and can be damaged.
You should add samples (a small package of each cig of every flavour to make good marketing when a client purchases ONLY the device).
Push the R&D to make the newer version with no blade so the user wont have to clean it every 2-3 sticks and have a screen with BT Connection like competitors, its time.

I am quite happy with your services! However, what I have seen is different from some other companies, there are no offers for us that we are your customers. Also, sometimes you don't get discounts, not even a gift on orders, even sometimes. But in general, you get quality tobacco and devices.

The new devices came with separate transportation companies and it was a trouble for us.In fact we still haven't received the one of them...Lots of anxiety without actual reason....also the new devices....don't produce strong smoke
