Worst bmw company ever
Think twice before you go to this dealer. Most of the negative reviews must be true, check out trust pilate.
I paid a deposit for the a vehicle. At no point was I informed that the deal had been cancelled. In fact, the third-party company informed me eventually confirmed to me that the deal had been cancelled—something that should have been communicated directly and immediately by the dealership.
Previosly a colllegue advised me to speak to Rob the manger, the third party rang the company to speak to rob, but the third party called numerous times to contact Rob, but no one answered the phone. I personally spent two days trying to get through to BMW Hampshire.
When I eventually spoke to Rob today and asked if he had cancelled the deal, his response showed no remorse or professionalism—simply, “Yes, I have closed the deal.” There was no explanation, no apology, and more importantly, no refund issued and no notice given to me that the deal had ended. The deposit was taken quickly, yet the cancellation was not communicated at all.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable from a brand such as BMW. I have since found a far better deal with another dealership in Enfield, which demonstrates that not only was this situation mishandled, but it caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress.

my deposit was not refunded immediately, I rang the bmw customer service to explain what happen. Now finally I have been refunded of most but had to email company for the remaining. They very unprofessional
