Amazing company

Amazing company. Excellent communication all online and someone always responds. Best quote around. They also accept multi car insurance. Best company around. Better then hasting direct. They would not insurance both my cars. I will eventually leave hasting direct.

They offered me a certain amount…

They offered me a certain amount online. Then when they came to see the car the car is excellent condition the guy looking at my car looked at the car in detail. Then did the diagnostic test to see if anything was wrong. My car came up with not serious faults it was a few things like reserve and software. He showed me on the computer i must stay the guy wad very friendly. So I mentioned that my car is still a brand new car and under warranty. He advised it may cost me 200pound to fix or more. Or could be more. Then he spoke to the office and they knocked of 700pound because of these things. I still not heared from the company as they were supposed to collect car on sunday. However in this time I taken it to bmw and it was do to do with software glinch in the system. I am so happy I never sold the car to them a free job and they tried to cut me of 700 pound. All the reviews you read are true do not trust this company.

Beware of Car Daddy – Do Not Trust Them!

I had a very disappointing experience with Car Daddy. They offered me a certain amount for my car online. When their representative came to inspect it, he looked over the car thoroughly and even ran a diagnostic test. The report showed only minor issues, mostly related to the software and some small reserves, which he explained could cost around £200 to fix—or maybe more. He was friendly and showed me everything on his computer.

However, after speaking with their office, they immediately reduced their offer by £700 because of these minor issues. They were supposed to collect my car on Sunday, but I still haven’t heard from them.

In the meantime, I took my car to BMW, and it turns out the issues were just a software glitch—no serious faults at all. I’m so relieved I didn’t sell my car to them.

All the negative reviews you read about Car Daddy are true. They try to undervalue cars and make extra money off minor, often insignificant issues. Do not trust this company.

Worst company on earth


I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the extremely unprofessional service I experienced at BMW Hampshire.

The conduct of the staff was disappointing and unprofessional, and the agreed responsibilities and standards of service were not carried out as they should have been. Communication was poor, follow-through was lacking, and overall the experience fell well below what is expected from a BMW dealership.

This experience has significantly damaged my confidence in your dealership. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing BMW Hampshire to purchase a vehicle.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to address the issues within your team and service processes.

Awful company dont go there.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company due to their extremely poor customer service. They canceled a deal without informing me at all—no call, no email, no explanation. I only found out after following up myself, which wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.

Good communication is the bare minimum for any business, and this company completely failed in that regard. When I tried to get clarification, customer service was unhelpful and showed little concern for resolving the issue or taking responsibility.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who values transparency, reliability, or basic respect as a customer.

Worst bmw company ever

Think twice before you go to this dealer. Most of the negative reviews must be true, check out trust pilate.
I paid a deposit for the a vehicle. At no point was I informed that the deal had been cancelled. In fact, the third-party company informed me eventually confirmed to me that the deal had been cancelled—something that should have been communicated directly and immediately by the dealership.

Previosly a colllegue advised me to speak to Rob the manger, the third party rang the company to speak to rob, but the third party called numerous times to contact Rob, but no one answered the phone. I personally spent two days trying to get through to BMW Hampshire.

When I eventually spoke to Rob today and asked if he had cancelled the deal, his response showed no remorse or professionalism—simply, “Yes, I have closed the deal.” There was no explanation, no apology, and more importantly, no refund issued and no notice given to me that the deal had ended. The deposit was taken quickly, yet the cancellation was not communicated at all.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable from a brand such as BMW. I have since found a far better deal with another dealership in Enfield, which demonstrates that not only was this situation mishandled, but it caused unnecessary inconvenience and stress.

my calls were ignored,

my deposit was not refunded immediately, I rang the bmw customer service to explain what happen. Now finally I have been refunded of most but had to email company for the remaining. They very unprofessional

Worst company on earth no not use them

Worst company on earth. Customers service is disgusting no telephone number to communicate,I order food from ubereats. My food came ice cold . They said they can't do anything. I reported to paypal. PayPal are the best I got my money back. Then ubereats block my account. Said I need to pay money back to use app.
Do not use ubereats. Go with just eat.

Ubereat needs to get shut down. Worst company on earth.
