No customer service available

I paid a lot of money to a company for a Samsung galaxy s25 Ultra. It was to be delivered between 9th -11th december. I had an email on 9th December saying "package was delayed it will be delivered next working day" I waited till the 12th allowing for it being a busy time of year. It is not possible to speak to a human. Every phone number was a Bot, I could've put up with that if it did what it said it would do. After many repeated questions and same repeated answers from the Bot, it eventually said "it seems you need to speak to one of our advisers, would you like to speak to an advisor just say Yes or No." I answered Yes, it then said "I am conntecting you to a customer advisor." I thought great, at long last, I waited a few seconds and the line was disconnected. Three times I rang and went through it all again only for it to keep happening. I am waiting till the 17th December and if my phone has not arrived I will be seeking legal advice and compensation for the stress and worry, and inconvenience. I am not just posting this on trustpilot but I'm going to copy it to every available website I can.

My wife and I Have each spent hundreds…

My wife and I Have each spent hundreds of pounds on Temu, I have had two issues out of very many orders. Had I have had the same amount of orders from large online companies some of these items would have been very expensive. I also feel that I may have had the same amount of problems.The two problems were both sorted by temu, in a matter of seconds. Truthfully the second problem was the wrong item was sent, but we all make mistakes. I contacted the seller "LQUSA" Directly, their customer service was absolute rubbish, so I contacted Temu customer service, in less than a minute, it was sorted and I got my money back in credit. TEMU IS BRILLIANT

Bought a set of machine heads

Bought a set of machine heads for my electric guitar. I'm only a learner so I had to get a good friend who is very knowledgeable to set it up for me. I can manage to change the strings on my acoustic and classical guitars but fitting the machine heads was too complicated for me. Really pleased with speed of delivery, quality of items. 5 star plus
