Never recommend, Unprofessional …

Very unprofessional car insurance company. It is almost impossible to contact them when you actually need assistance.
I tried to cancel my policy through the app after contacting customer support. I was told that the cancellation had to be done directly in the app, but unfortunately the cancellation process did not work. From that moment, the whole situation became extremely frustrating.
Since November 2025 I have been waiting for my refund, and as of today (16.03.2026) I still have not received it. The only option they offered was to cancel the policy now and be charged extra money, which makes no sense because the problem was not caused by me.
I asked them why I should pay extra when the cancellation system did not work, but I have received no answer until today. Very disappointing customer service

Disgusting experience

We finished our policy and received a renewal price. On the renewal date, I tried to contact them to cancel because the new price was too expensive. It was impossible to speak to a real person — I was only messaging with a robot.
The automated system kept sending me to the app to cancel, but the app did not work. I received a message saying there was nothing they could do about the price.
They did not respond for a long time, and even today I still have no clear answer. They have not refunded my money and have not sent any proper email explaining the situation.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. If this is how they handle simple cancellations, imagine trying to make a claim. It is almost impossible to contact them — only messages, and it takes 3–4 days to get a response. If you are at work and miss the reply, you have to start the whole conversation again.
