My bracelet unravelled after 2 days…

My bracelet unravelled after 2 days wear. I've emailed them twice, and filled in a contact form via their website and they won't respond. The bracelet itself was really lovely. I would have wanted a replacement not a refund. Really disappointed as I loved it. UPDATE: they didn't reply to the email but today (13 days after my email) I recieved a replacement in the mail as promised. Thank you Sailbrace. I have updated the rating to reflect this.

Brilliant concept but expensive

I give the product itself 5 stars but my experience is 3, but only because I had to buy it twice - the bottle is so popular I had my first one stolen within 3 weeks of buying it which was very upsetting. At £50 for the bottle and the flavours it is very expensive for essentially just a water bottle - one that leaks easily at that, but it is worth it - I am definitely drinking more now and I like it is 'flavoured' without additives.
