I can’t actually believe this happened. After this company was recommended on Facebook to manage my airbnb I reached out to them and it started out well, they send Marco to view my apartment and we signed a contract. This was before summer for a start after the summer. I hence released my current manager and we agreed for the last week in august for a key handover. When I then reached out before Marco told me he was no longer working there but he passed on my contact to a colleague Sandro. We had a call where we agree on the key handover, all fine. but then when I reached out again to confirm the final time I literally was ghosted by Sandro and also by Jorge, the company’s owner! I had réservations coming and already released the former manager only for them to not show up, not react at all and I had come back to Malaga just for the key handover. They just violated the contract and I feel I got scammed. I never seen this level of unprofessional. Dear god!

Hatte einen Kauf per Rechnung getätigt, welche per E-mail kommen sollte. Erhielt später einen Brief mit der Rechnungssumme inklusive 10 Euro Mahngebühren mit der Aussage, dass beides Rechnung sowie Zahlungserinnerung an meine E-mail Adresse verschickt worden wären. Dies ist aber nicht geschehen (hatte auch im Spam Ordner geschaut). Beim Kundendienst wurde behauptet, ich hätte eine andere E-mail Adresse im System hinterlegt, obwohl ich diese nie zum App login oder auch sonst verwende. Clever Art, Geld zu machen - das kann auch jedem anderen passieren, der auf Rechnung kauft. Für mich war das jedenfalls der letzte Einkauf dort!!!!!
