Fairly simple but not without issues.
Fairly simple and useful in an all flights listed on the desired day sense. However the time limit may give a first time user the sense to arrange details with haste, perhaps making mistakes along the way. I also found that reserving a seat for me and my family was unclear. Having reserved one for myself, there was no option to continue for the rest of my booking. Completing the reservation, I checked back to see if the stoel had been reserved, it had not. I had to contact Air Transat to arrange this. Travelling with young children one needs confirmation that the family will be seated together. Luckily this was easily arranged after contacting the airline. I am still unsure if I have now payed for the stoel or not. So some unclarity and caused some unnecessary stress. So those are my reasons for 3 stars. That been said I am still satisfied with the service.
