The case was a radio, i paid with "direct buy" but the owner had already sold the radio without any information. The platform gave me all the money back after my report, it took a few days but they did very good job. Thank you.

I am customer for 7 years in Autodoc

I am customer for 7 years in Autodoc, generaly i feel very satisfied from the full collection of parts that they have, the low prices, the quality and the service. The website is nice and easy but be careful to register your VIN so you can order the right parts, it's very important, differently there is possibility to order the wrong part and it's not their fault.

Good quality

Good quality, good prices, good communication, quick response, on time delivery, insufficient packing . The heavy and big parts must have extra packing care, this will solve many problems.
Little cheaper prices in some parts and little bigger auto-parts collection than the usual would be desirable, this would make the difference from other online shops. However, i suggest with satisfaction.

Everything ok

Ok, let's say some things... Today i received the parts for my Mondeo, it is my second order, everything fine i can say, the only thing is that i ordered a NP water pump and i received a Stark water pump, why this? Normally the customers service should inform me that the pump that i ordered is not available now ( normally it should Appear in the NP part record when i made my order, you have online problem with the available stock?) In this case i would order another water pump with higher price and higher quality brand according to my experience. I am not going to send it back, i see no reason, looks good quality, german product, i will fit to my car and that's it. The tensioner pulley is not the best (Stark sent me also) but i will fit it also, if any faulty i will buy a better one than 12€ , just a pack of cigarettes cost, big deal... But better ask the client what he wants, client pays so he decides. All parts arrived fine, the first order was not that nice packed, i complained, they fixed in my second order, nice! I give a 10 this time. Post was late this time, i was expecting on Saturday , arrived monday, nothing wrong, just i wanted to fix my car on weekend. My job is panel beater and i know how can be with part orders, some car models need more attention because the company produced some versions for some months and their parts is difficult to order the right ones. Orders can go wrong, also delivery , parcel can get lost for months or forever! Once I sent a gift to my wife for her birthday, parcel lost for months, wife came to me after months and she received her gift after she went back to her country! It means after 8-9 months! Yeah, everything is possible to happen! Autodoc offers good aftermarket auto parts, about quality and warranty i want to see in time how long all parts will survive on the car, but i believe that most of the parts are in a very good quality level and offered in a very nice price. They are good and they try to be better every day for all of us so we can have safe and reliable cars and to save money... Personally, i feel very satisfied , all parts fitted on the car and work without any problem. My review is not for complaint, no... My review is to thank the Autodoc for their services and their products and to make them become more better on the details so nobody to complain., It is not fair for such nice company to read bad reviews, my comments is to make other customers to understand that if went something wrong with their order it does not mean that the company is bad, it is normal between hundreds of orders every day to be something wrong, not all of the customers and orders can be 100% satisfied, statistically it is not possible. Sorry but i find some customers reviews very egoistic and very rude. Yeah, i understand that the company do mistakes or to miss or to forget something but from the other side it is not right to try to take their head for this, they try to handle and they must try to be better in some things and i am sure that they will try for better services and products for us of course... I hope i gave the right image to everyone and a fair review. Personally each time i wait for my order is like i wait a gift for my birthday, and when i opened the box i smile from satisfaction....
