Terrible Experience_ Non Professional_ Poor customer support
Can you imagine receiving a letter from the car registration office, telling that; you insurer has informed them that your car is no more insured, you don't have to drive it and you'll get sanctioned ???
Can you guess it ???
Yeaaah, that happened to me with the so called "Getsafe" !!! May be they meant "Getangry" or "Gethell" !!!
What is more worse is to receive this letter on a Saturday morning 1 hour before going on a family trip and you have to attend two important appointment on Monday that need a car to reach the location !!!
Hey, you can blame me, telling you didn't renew your contract ! But imagine that "Getsafe" sent me the new Policy 10 days before and charged my account directly the full amount !!! This is really frustrating, right ?!! Think about such day and about this terrible experience from now !! You'll surely encounter similar situation with a very poor support team. They don't have an emergency number to deal with such cases, where they are mistaken, they rather oblige you to go through the stupid app and chatbot and wait 2 days without a car in a rural region !!!!!
I'll never forget it at all !!!! I'll definitely cancel my contract and sue you !
