I am booking flights for many years with this company. I find their site user friendly, offer good prices. The improment I see needed is to get the ticket faster! After 3 days I am still waiting for the ticket. They say it comes within 4 days but the money are taken immediately.

Ik vind Cheaptickets site de meest user-friendly vlucht-booking site. Ze blijken ook betrouwbaar.
Wat ik minder prettig vind is het proberen geld te krijgen voor kleine dingen als een verzekering voor iets. Jammer dat ook goed service te koop is. Soms is ook verwarrend informatie.

Cheap tickets is user friendly and fast to find what you need. They became big and this implies that they won’t answer the phone. They answer the e-mail though.

De kortingscode die ik had werd niet berekend dus ik heb gebeld. Na 10 minuten wachten iemand, vrouw met een accent, heeft opgenomen en meteen opgegangen zeggend dat ze kan mij niet horen. Niet professioneel geen geduld te hebben met de klant!

We vinden het vervelend dat uw telefoongesprek met ons niet naar wens is verlopen. Het komt helaas wel eens voor dat het een slechte verbinding is, onze excuses hiervoor.
We zien dat in uw boeking al een kortingscode is verwerkt. Mocht u toch nog vragen hebben dan kunt u dat het beste per email doen met vermelding van uw boekingsnummer.
