Bought a few items and they arrived promptly (to Dublin, Ireland). The couple of things that didn’t suit me were sent back and I got an email within 5 days saying my refund was on the way.

I had one question about the refund so contacted customer service and got a reply the next day. The team were very helpful and prompt. Overall a great experience.
