Placed an order on Sun 4th Jan. Boots picked and sent it on 09th. Why so long to pick and send? First parcel arrived 14th Jan and my second parcel on 16th Jan. Tracked and sat in UK for days before moving. Think you need to look at your delivery company as that is just not good enough. Don’t want to wait 2 weeks for my delivery! Very disappointed ☹️
