They did exactly as promised including transferring our landline number.
The internet service was up and running immediately. They said the landline would take 10/12 days to transfer, they gave us a temporary number in the meantime, our usual number was up and running on time

The sales man at Worcester was very helpful but not pushy, we went home and returned the next day after considering which suite to buy.
We were given the option of having our furniture delivered earlier than expected, so that was welcome
The delivery team were very polite and efficient in unpacking and assembling the furniture, they took all the packaging away so left no mess

Lee Plowright was very helpful and friendly, without being pushy. The car was ready for us when we arrived there was no quibble about our part exchange car. He helped us get the new car taxed so we could drive straight home
The whole deal took under an hour and a half
The only slight negative was the car didn’t have any removable mats included, which I didn’t notice this meant a quick order to Amazon to get some before the carpet was damaged

The strimmer is nice and light and easy to handle. Adjusting the strimmer head is easy. The battery capacity is more than enough for my needs.
Downsides are the strimmer blades are very brittle and fly off when broken
Some storage for spare blades on the machine would be welcome
