Bad service out , noisy family hotel full of drunks …

Unfortunately it started when I got on the plane , I brought a rucksack instead of a case for a change . I was then told to put it under my seat , which it didn't fit as it was just replacing my over head which I paid for . I asked the steward could I put it back up as I had paid for overhead & she replied no .(I have pictures )So I spent 4.5 hrs with my legs jammed either side of my bag , being 6ft 4 it wasn't comfortable.(No leg room seats available to purchase)I was going to the grand Lara for myself and also to check how it would work with my family later in the year . The rooms were nice and good for family of 4 but the 1am to 3am drunken swearing & shouting from the bar below sealed my idea that the hotel is a get drunk area ( I have videos)not families or the family rooms wouldn't be above the bar . The saving grace was the good service on the plane back

Denali B6 , POW 😁 . Great support

Bought the b6 break light with tail bracket and it looks and works great , I need a little tech help due to a little question that had arizen in wiring (hexcan) , this was solved in less than 24hrs of my email .

Massively disappointed this is the 2 Nd time I've ordered Mondo 4k steelbook book to find the plastic Mondo sheath is missing

It took a while

In the end everything was sortted but building up to it was lots of back and forth . V5 problems one team saying ok ,the other collecting car then didn't collect . Only to find out the collection had been cancelled without telling me . Customer service were going to call me as soon as car sorted to discuss all the mess up but didn't .took longer than expected & cost me 2 days off .. still waiting on my call 😡. Received call ang got everything sortted , thank you

Great service from Richard was amazing and related tob my criteria. Couldn't beat renewal on my everyday car but was great price for the mustang. Not the cheapest but the service was impeccable & for a matter of £30 I'd prefer the piece of mind with a company who went that extra mile for me. .

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague, ordered for valentines, never arrived. Emailed them kept getting fobbed off & told wait a week wait a week.. Item still not here. No refund given even though requested several occasions. This business is a joke advertising it's London when items ate shipped from China.. Now almost April & still no money or product

Bought Road angel pro & fitted camera &…

Bought Road angel pro & fitted camera & wiring..bought a hardwire kit from road angel site which stated it fitted my particular camera. Kit arrived but not correct. I contacted Road angel and was given no advice apart from it can be fitted for £ 160 & after 30 mins finally git a refund for the kit. Customer service has a fob off attitude & I still don't have a working camera..update after a conversation and lots of hic ups finally got great customer service, thanks to rory & Andy. Just a shame it didn't happen straight away.
I know would recommend as long as they don't go back to the old ways... Customers are key..

As you were also having difficulty our professional hardwiring fitting service was offered to you as a solution.
