Completely unresponsive

I booked a hire car through Planet Rental and was given a collection location in Mount Vernon, Glasgow that simply does not exist. When I arrived and discovered the issue, Planet Rental shrugged me off and told me to call Enterprise myself, despite my contract being with Planet Rental.
I had to spend £50 on a taxi to reach a real Enterprise branch. When I finally collected a car, it was a smaller class than the one I had booked — despite choosing the original class specifically for the boot space.
I emailed a formal complaint on 3 January, followed up on 7 January, and escalated on 8 January. As of 12 January they have not responded to a single message.
I’ve now had to escalate the matter via my credit card provider under Section 75. Extremely poor service, completely unresponsive, and no ownership of their own errors. I would not recommend using this company.

Fourth lost package in six months

Evri have lost my parcel for the FOURTH time in the last six months. I'm not sending or receiving huge amounts either. How can they be THIS useless and why are there so few other options with retailers?

I booked a car to pick me up at JFK and …

I booked a car to pick me up at JFK and take me to Long Beach. The driver was to meet me in the airport and take me to the car. Instead I received a text from the driver asking if I was there yet, then a series of texts instructing me to let him know when I was outside. All this while I am trying to locate my bags. In the end I stood for 15 minutes outside the terminal watching people I had been on the flight with disappear in taxis. When the car finally arrived it was dented and the scruffy driver didn't even acknowledge he was late. He got lost on the way to Long Beach and circled the backstreets for ten minutes. All this for 200% of the price of a cab. I will never, and I do mean NEVER be booking with this company again. I would have simply gotten a taxi if I hadn't already paid the thick end of £100 upfront (the driver took more money off me for tolls etc). I would definitely advise any travelers to NY to simply get a cab and avoid this sham of a firm.
