I purchased a product which did not seem to release the cream from the device - I contacted Karin from London base where I purchased and she was extremely helpful and gave me contact details to which I responded and got a prompt reply from Amy and I was delighted to receive a replacement very quickly and used my first application today I have sent the faulty one back so they can check the issue .
So in a few weeks I will write another review on the product experience

I have been attending this gym since Sept and I have found all staff / trainers fab . Today just did a spin class with Charlotte - Smashed it - She is knowledgable / friendly / motivating / encouraging and makes the classes so much fun by engaging with us all .

Prompt action from order to delivery and the necklace I purchased is of good quality and I love it

Only suggestion perhaps is the name in bold rather than italic font as cannot really make out what is says ..

First time use , prompt delivery and easy use , very comfortable .. Not used before so took some getting used to due to adjustment in my focus but settled .

I have in the past purchased this fragrance from a petrol station for my car
Loved it and the smell lasted for many months and people commented on how lovely it did smell ..
When I looked for it online I decided to get a few and give to family members ...

Unfortunately ,not the same experience .. Cannot smell the fragrance at all ..
I thought perhaps it was just the one but the 2 others I gave to family gave me the same response , so very disappointed ....
