This is a tough one one. The hoods were despatched on time and arrived super prompt, BUT, I only bought an ammo guard replacement colored insert, and having to pay over ( or just under, I can’t remember) £10 in postage seems way to expensive for such a small lightweight item.
The last time I ordered from a bike thing, it was a similar story for a similarly small item
Yes, I get its DHL and it arrives promptly, but on both occasions, I questioned if I was actually going to purchase the item due to postage costs.
To give you an idea, the item was £20 and to pay half as much again was a bitter pill to swallow .
Maybe other postage options should be available for smaller lighter items, hence e the 3* review. The particular item

Yeah completely agree — DHL isn’t ideal for smaller parcels long term. We’ve already started looking into courier API integrations so we can automate labels and access better business rates, it’s just been a bit manic with everything else going on at the moment.
Once things settle slightly, we’ll prioritise getting that sorted so small deliveries are more cost-effective and streamlined.
