The watch I bought could not or would not synchronise with my phone. I rang the help desk who without quibble sent a replacement and a return postage. Brilliant service.

Good customer service. Although I bought online I was given the option to try the shoes on and swop them for a different size when I collected them from the shop.

Due to my wife having a very strong prescription I had to furnish more details. I spoke to an operative who was very helpful and explained the problem. I then gave them a copy of the prescription and all was well. The glasses arrived a few days later all in order.

I needed help to complete my request for my pension but was told either to do it online or I would be sent a letter. As you require documents I am not willing to send and the pension is so small, £42 in total, I find this hard to comprehend.

Delivered to my collection address very quickly. Picked it up two days after ordering.
