Second time this company had tried to…

Second time this company had tried to extort money from us .
This time they claimed we had damaged car , unlucky for them we had taken video of car on collection the damage was clearly visible we also had zero excess and top up insurance so it wouldn’t cost us
Agent claimed video wasn’t clear he said he would check with desk if damage was there on collection the call took 6 seconds he then said damage was on car on collection the call took about 6 seconds . It was obviously a scam

Astounded at the lack of care and…

Astounded at the lack of care and blatant lying by both Nationwide insurance and the company they sell policies for CES home emergency cover.
Agree to what is expected under policy wording twice on recorded call then retract offer and refuse to pay for anything .
5 days now with no heating or hot water , sub zero temperatures .Who will be responsible for costs if pipes burst due to no heating in house .Escape of water causes catastrophic damage to property structure ,belongings and mental health .
If this were to happen it won’t be few nights in a hotel as house is inhabitable due to no hot water or heating it could be months in addition to replacing full house contents redecorating and repairing structural damage .Perhaps Nationwide home insurance or CES would like to reconsider there decision and do the right thing

Ealing Premier Inn 3 night stay

Ealing Premier Inn 3 night stay . Tried several times to claim on there good night sleep guarantee, I asked in hotel about it told I had to do it on line . On returning home and submitting form I was told because I hadn’t made hotel aware of issue I couldn’t claim . Hotel deny I made them aware of issues.
Various issues with room strong urine smell from bed or carpet , room not cleaned , curtain pole fell down on my hand so no net curtains . The smell alone made it impossible to sleep .
Last time I use Premium Inn Travel lodge straight across the road and cheaper
Many more issues ,I doubt if anyone is ever successful in getting there refund .

It’s now over 3 months and still no cash back , still pending .
I was told it would take up to 2 months.
It’s not a lot if money it’s more the principal , I bought something I wouldn’t have bought had it not been for the promise of the cash back .
I would never use Top cash back again
I’m feeling very conned right now

Uddingston store unhelpfull ,was told…

Uddingston store unhelpfull ,was told on phone an item was in stock and 3 available also it’s a range that doesn’t sell.Drove over couldnt see it on display so asked a staff member were they were she said if it isn’t on display we don’t have it I explained I had spoken to someone and they had 3 she used her phone to call someone no dialect with me , I heard her say who spoke to a woman about the stock then said bring two down without looking at me she said you will get them at customer service.Unpacked boxes are home to find one badly damaged called store to ask if they could deliver a replacement when call was answered and I started to explain reason for call she said you have came through to wrong department ,there wasn’t an option on call to choose which department , she was unhelpful told me just to return the item they couldn’t deliver I asked her to reserve the remaining item just incase it sold before I drove back to the store she said there were none left I repeated conversation I had with staff member about there being 3 ,this was also confirmed by the person who took the items from store to customer service desk .She was having a conversation with someone else as well as talking to me ,again she said there were none left I explained yet again that there were 3 I bought two less than 2 hours ago she then cut me off I called back got same person she said the last one had been sold I don’t believe that she said order it online and have it delivered I asked if they would waive delivery fee she said speak to a manager when you return the damaged item to store .No apology for wasting my time or damaged product.
I checked other stores nearby and found Paisley had 1 so decided to go there rather than return to Uddingston even although it was a longer journey

New range feedback and poor head office customer service

I purchased 2,items from Morrison’s new market kitchen dinners chicken herb and piri piri and chicken satay and rice both priced at £3 each ,The only word to describe both is disgusting . Complete waste if £6 in addition extra cost to buy replacement food ,
I completed the online complaint / comment form included barcodes etc . I received a rather abrupt reply 1 week later telling to follow guidelines on back of packet with regards to complaint . I was puzzled as I couldn’t see any such instructions ,I took picture of both packets and sent with email reply to the same person Marriam I believe and asked her to tell me where these instructions were. She replied saying all she can do is pass comment back to store she is unable to action any further .
No apology for her wrong information , no refund for ruined meal or waste of time .
She did comment on her first email she was sorry I didn’t like the taste , clearly hadn’t read my comments it wasn’t just me that tasted both meals ,in addition to terrible taste the chicken was full of gristle skin and sinew .
Vey poor customer service clearly not interested in an honest opinion on one of there new ranges
I will take my custom elsewhere and do weekly and daily shop were it will be appreciated

Radiators good valves very poor

Radiaters excellent value .so far very pleased however I bought the thermostatic valves very poor quality .
They are very flimsy and grate as you turn them ,wish I hadn't bought them and bought locally B&Q etc .
Would love to return them for full refund and purchase more substantial valves if that us an option .

These valves have marred my opinion of radiates and the very quick delivery and excellent price




This worries me that the radiates nay cause problems after few months use
