New range feedback and poor head office customer service
I purchased 2,items from Morrison’s new market kitchen dinners chicken herb and piri piri and chicken satay and rice both priced at £3 each ,The only word to describe both is disgusting . Complete waste if £6 in addition extra cost to buy replacement food ,
I completed the online complaint / comment form included barcodes etc . I received a rather abrupt reply 1 week later telling to follow guidelines on back of packet with regards to complaint . I was puzzled as I couldn’t see any such instructions ,I took picture of both packets and sent with email reply to the same person Marriam I believe and asked her to tell me where these instructions were. She replied saying all she can do is pass comment back to store she is unable to action any further .
No apology for her wrong information , no refund for ruined meal or waste of time .
She did comment on her first email she was sorry I didn’t like the taste , clearly hadn’t read my comments it wasn’t just me that tasted both meals ,in addition to terrible taste the chicken was full of gristle skin and sinew .
Vey poor customer service clearly not interested in an honest opinion on one of there new ranges
I will take my custom elsewhere and do weekly and daily shop were it will be appreciated
