Buyer beware. I would give no stars if possible
I’m writing this to confirm what other people have bought from this site have said. I ordered a coffee table which I hadn’t realised was shipped from China.
When it arrived the packaging had numerous holes and had been taped up and the table was damaged. I contacted Litfad within the 48 hours and was told I wasn’t entitled to a refund and I would also have to pay for it to be shipped back myself which was more than the cost of the table. We had emails backwards and forwards first offering 10 then 20, then 30 and then 40% discount. I kept explaining that a discount wasn’t any help and it was unusable.
I have now after 2 days had a message saying it’s gone to a supervisor and to be patient!
I’ve paid with PayPal who have been really helpful and have escalated this. They are now aware that this has happened to others and will look at the reviews on trustpilot.

An update. Litfad offered a full refund but only if I closed the dispute with PayPal as it they said it was locked. I contacted paypal who said not to close the dispute and it wasn’t locked as they stated. Litfad also would only refund if I changed by trust pilot review to a positive one so where blackmailing me.
Paypal ruled in my favour so have reimbursed me. I’m still receiving emails from Litfad offering me free gifts if I change my review! I have informed trustpilot of the pressure put on to change a review
