I complained about having purchased the KM Gold, giving next day delivery for 12 months, for £9.99 and then received an email offering it to me for free.

I was immediately offered a refund of the £9.99 by Kirsty from the Customer Care team.

Can’t fault their service really impressed.

Delivery of dishwasher Saturday 14.11.15

Tony and Steve of Arrowxl phoned 45 minutes before arrival, as promised, and arrived on time. They carried the dishwasher in to the room where we asked and unpacked it and took the packaging away with them, also as promised. Very helpful guys. Would definitely use again.
