Had a really thorough eye test as is usual at Boots Chesterfield, highly satisfied with the care given. The staff are highly efficient and knowledgeable. The only downside is the fact that they no longer stock the metal bendable memory frames which I have had for a number of years.

Decided to order this knife from Mygoodknife.com. dubious at first as had never heard of them especially as they are in Finland and I am in the UK. What a great company to buy from, communication re delivery was spot on every step of the way and the speed it arrived in the UK was unbelievable. The only downside was the ten days it was in customs. will use this company again.

Have used Jet 2 many times in the past and will continue in the future. In my opinion the are the best we have used and would recommend. Never had a negative experience with them.

Having previously had an unpleasant shopping experience at a different furniture store the day before, our trip to DFS was a very rewarding experience. We were allowed to browse freely round the store without any pressure selling. We were offered assistance if needed but not 'in your face'. When we did select a suite, the salesman Allan was extremely helpful. He gave us in depth information about the product, told us about the various options available and helped us measure the various components. We returned home to verify the suite would fit and then returned to the store. Allan was very patient, relaxed and extremely professional and at no time was he pushy. As a result of the informative and helpful advice, we were confident and happy to select a new suite. We felt that nothing was too much trouble and would certainly recommend this store/salesperson to prospective buyers.

Have purchased from Appliances Direct in the past we had no reservations about purchasing again, service was excellent, friendly and prompt. They carry a vast line of goods, all at excellent prices. would recommend.
