Effectively a renewal and upgrade of vehicle insurance to cover UK and vehicle rental abroad as well. Telephone contact was prompt and sales staff was courteous and most helpful in arranging this to my particular needs. The whole process was completed in a reasonably brief time and at a cost that I’m very comfortable with for the cover taken out. Prompt issue of the cover note and related documentation to my email address. I will be renewing annually for the future.

Previous purchases have been exceptional. Sadly, the latest purchase (mixed fuschia plants for hanging baskets) is disappointing. Only 50% have survived whilst the others seem to have “stem rot” and and failed. Perhaps the roots are OK and they may regenerate? Watching closely and hopefully.
