In over 40 years of travel this has been the worst experience I have ever had. The only part of the process that went smoothly was the initial booking and taking my money! After that is has been a total headache as nothing on their system seems to work. From booking to travel was over 6 months and they continually tell you that they have technical difficulties on their website and APP, 6 months! So paying the balances was impossible, getting boarding passes and online check-in was a nightmare a very uncomfortable process that left us thinking would we ever get to New York! Eventually we got to our destination and had a great time, but to put the icing on the cake Iberia lost one of our suitcases on the return journey. We have now had 3 weeks of back and forth, being told its located and has been requested, then nothing happens. We chase again same scripted story.

Iberia as a company you have been a total disgrace in the way my booking has been handled and to now have lost items from our special trip to New York has left a very bad feeling with me and my family. Words fail me, if I ran a business like this I'd probably end up prosecuted!

Disaster of a company

Disaster of a company, communication is terrible and your parcel tracking states sat in the delivery agency due to force majeure. Fancy language for we can't be arsed delivering it and this is 48 hours after the due date and still not here!
Pay your staff more and organise your business, other companies provide an excellent service and when they do let you down give clear information why and deliver the following day. Lies and more lies are not how you operate a business, do the job you are contracted to do as there is little point ordering from businesses that ship same day for next day delivery when you screw it all up! This is not an isolated incident its every time!

Really need an option to give zero…

Really need an option to give zero stars. This company is a total joke, total liars, no honest reasons why they cannot deliver. Companies really need to wake up and stop using GLS! 3 deliveries this week from these people, well I am still waiting for one, all 48 hours after the delivery date. I order items based on the speed of delivery, the suppliers ship immediately and these clowns do nothing.

Yesterday we waited in all day to receive a message that nobody was home and to collect from a local agency, rubbish!

I accept problems and issues, but not ignorance, lies and false information. The drivers look totally fed up, don't seem to want to get out of their vans, I have to go to the road!

TOTAL DISGRACE OF A COMPANY, do us all a favour and give up!

Something has improved at Motocard…

Something has improved at Motocard logistics since I last used them. The service was okay but now the speed of despatch and companies used for delivery is much better than previously. Prices are great also especially if you look out for and wait for the offers and deals. Can't say a bad thing about them!

This rating applies to ordering anything online and click and collect from this company, a total disaster! Tried reserving via click and collect, items in stock in Mijas 45 minutes away. They take payment, I'm on my way and they phone to say they have no stock. The whole stock and click and collect system is a joke and needs sorting out!

Not only do I love the courses and…

Not only do I love the courses and presets, but my experience with the team behind the scenes has been excellent!

OK the marketing can seem a little over the top at times, but that is the secret to running a successful business. You get what you pay for and if you are not happy with your purchase there is a money back guarantee. Personally I prefer to buy just the packages and presets that interest me, there is something for everyone!

Simple, affordable and just works!

There's not much to say about this APP and website food ordering system. Its does exactly what they tell you it does, and over the past month has worked flawlessly.

If you need to get a delivery or collection food ordering service live without the high commissions of the others this I would highly recommend.

How do you rate something that just works....

How do you rate something that just works, with 5 stars of course! There isn't really anything else I can say about the Onyx service other than my Wordpress site now rocks.

We have had a few technical issues, not relating to the hosting, 3rd party integrations, API connections to fulfilment houses etc. The team at Krystal always seem to be on hand to investigate and provide help and solutions.

Special thanks to Mike as he was the one that suggested this site would benefit from the Onyx service and so far he isn't wrong.

If you need a strong hosting package for a potential traffic hungry site look no further!

Having previously given bad reviews…

Having previously given bad reviews regarding FCMoto due to how stock is handled and delivery times, this time they performed flawlessly.

I thought I would try a pair of full gauntlet gloves from Berik, the Spa Evo model, they were at a great price. Despatch was within 24 hours and the product is great. Pity a bank holiday in Spain delayed getting them, but that's not down to FCMoto.

Keep it up please, this is how all orders you show as "in stock" should be.

Having ordered from another large online retailer who after 3 weeks could not fulfil an order that was in stock according to their website, I took the plunge and ordered from Helmet City.

Great price, excellent communication and prompt despatch to Spain.

No complaints at all and would highly recommend and I will use again!

What not in stock again! UPDATED

I find the customer service of this company very good but the stock availability and despatch needs serious investigation. I run online shopping sites and there is no way someone can place an order for an item that is in stock and then suddenly is not. Each order I have made has suffered from the same, item in stock, order placed, hear nothing for 7 days, send an email to be told item not in stock, how?

I understand this can happen on the odd occasion but it seems a frequent issue, maybe they are dropshipping? Customer services are good and when sent the items arrive quickly.

UPDATED: So the date the helmet was supposed to be in stock arrived, no word. So the next day I chased and it's now not available until 23rd August. Again CS great but the stock situation at this company is killing them. So many people seeing 2-3 days to despatch and its lies, once is a mistake, s*** happens but this is beyond belief. This is what can kill great companies and it needs addressing urgently.

UPDATED 16/08: Cancelled order and refunded so I'll give you a star for that! Found elsewhere with a company that has proper stock/web control despatched same day, you really have problems with web stock management...

3 in a bed, no thank you!

Booked the Ibis hotel in Granada for 2 adults and 1 x 10 year old. This site failed to inform us that there would not be a 3rd bed for our son. I made a request after the booking to confirm there would be an additional bed but no response received.

So we assumed everything would be okay, wrong! The hotel informed us that the booking was for all 3 to sleep in the same bed!!! We were not happy, but not the hotels fault, they actually got an additional bed and accommodated us. So in the end we were okay but not happy with Amoma, Ibis are also making a complaint, you check the Amoma site and it seems not very easy to contact them!

Incredibly easy company to deal with, fast response to questions and queries and ultra fast delivery. The products were well packaged arrived without customs issues via FedEx, so I cannot say anything negative about Panamoz.

Now to get out there and start shooting images!

What sort of company is this

What sort of company is this, they send me an email offering a $2 coupon to post a positive review! Sorry absolutely no chance, I am sure they may fulfil other client orders, but this is my experience and its terrible. They lie about despatch times on their website, they give false shipping information that they do not meet, then tell you its shipped when you continue to complain, but is hasn't! Thank goodness for PayPal!

I don't know how to reply to your response below, so I have edited the original. This does not make my review any different, you did not despatch in 24-48 hours as stated. You didn't even despatch in a week and just sit on orders. You give false information and poor responses, order date 3rd June, despatch 22nd June is not acceptable and you have several emails in between telling you to cancel the order which you ignored. I complained on the 9th June so you send me an email saying its been shipped, but you don't! Then I get an email on the 22nd June to say its shipped, your administration is a mess and my review stands, your response is a joke.

The phone is perfect thank you, but....

The phone is perfect thank you, I have knocked 1 star off but in some ways it has no reflection on yourselves, but it did spoil the experience. I was a little disturbed that it took so long to even be despatched, I know you quote up to 5 days but was surprised that you took it right to the wire. But then the worst experience was the Royal Mail system, I'd seriously consider ditching this service to Spain. It took 3 days for it to even leave the UK then a further 4 to actually arrive in Spain, do the Royal Mail still use camels? 10 days for delivery these days it not really acceptable, I use other UK companies and as long as I spend over 100GBP I pay around 6GBP for a 24 hour DHL service, yes these are big companies but there must be some middle ground for a better and cost effective service? But thanks again phone is great, I'll probably get another but will wait until I visit the UK...

No hassle repair!

This company is a breath of fresh air, searching the web you find many sites that really do not look professional which makes you very wary of using them. This is the most professional looking company I came across and they followed it up with an excellent service and a quality repair. The price is extremely competitive, and to also include shipping both ways with insurance is peace of mind.

Didn't expect the iPad to come back to me in a superb new box, excellent and many thanks to Quick Mobile Fix my son is very happy and I hope he doesn't drop it again!
