If I could give minus stars I would

If I could give minus stars I would. Had an awful experience with this company ordering doors. I ordered and was promised the doors would be delivered in 10 working days and 7 weeks later and countless live chat and emails later I never received the doors. You phone the number and no one ever answers, you use the chat and they answer and then never fully respond and you’re left on read forever. I emailed and even Facebook messaged in desperation and was giving lie after lie about delivery. I was told a date twice and sat in all day and shock nothing arrived! I finally gave up and claimed the funds back on my credit card and thankfully got a refund as the company ignored my repeated requests for a refund. Never had such a bad experience with a company before and would never ever recommend.

Had a great experience after being let…

Had a great experience after being let down very badly by another company who left me waiting for 7 weeks and little to no communication. I then went to door supplies and they had my doors delivered within 10 working days as promised and was such a stress free process thanks to the sales team who kept me up to date every step of the way. Would highly recommend

Rebooking on the phone

I had to phone up and rebook a cancelled easyJet holiday and through this company, and I luckily got the lovely Kay sharples. Kay explained everything so clearly and went above and beyond answering all my stupid questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. She’s an absolute star and a real credit to this company and amazing at her job. I’m totally at ease with my new booking and happy I can contact her if I need to make any changes. Thanks again Kay, keep doing what you’re doing! Amazing service.

Usually love itison but bought a deal…

Usually love itison but bought a deal that clearly stated in fine print allowed 2 children and you pay the supplement to the hotel so perfect. Couldn’t see dates before buying the voucher so checked and was told if dates didn’t suit I could get a refund. I bought the voucher and saw dates I wanted available so was delighted then the rubbish began, I couldn’t book through the online booking which was only way. It kept saying I owed over £200 when selecting I was bringing children. Emailed customer service who said to book for standard room for 2 and contact hotel for upgrade to family room and pay the difference there. After multiple phone calls and emails to Itison and hours later I finally got told by hotel they no longer accepted upgrades to family rooms and itison had made a mistake on their offer listing. I was sooooooooo frustrated and annoyed at this point. False advertising and complete waste of time for me. Got refund for voucher but not even any compensation for all the wasted time and effort I was very disappointed by itison customer service.

I am in love with my new sofa at a much lower price than some competitors

I am in love with my new sofa and can’t wait to get it! Me and my husband were at loggerheads as we had been to Harvey’s and sofology and could decide on a sofa, I was the style and he was the comfort! Finally narrowed it down to 2 in Harvey’s and was going to get one of them when hubby suggested we go to retail park on great western road just to check scs. Thank the lord he did as we found one of near identical style of suede like material with studs and dark grey moleskin colour and gorgeous high arms but was as equally comfortable as it was stylish! We were so relived we knew that was the one! The guy in store was so helpful with our million questions about foam or the other filling and was so patient while we went back on forth on colour until we finally agreed on the foam filling and as I say the moleskin, dark grey colour! I can’t wait to show it off, it really is a show stopper sofa and to be honest a hell of a lot cheaper than sofology and better quality than the Harvey’s one which looked identical but my hubby was not impressed with how narrow the seats were and hard. Alls well that ends well though so now to get decorating before the new sofas arrive! Thanks scs for making the whole journey seamless and easy and felt like I was really listened to!

Great bargains on gift sets and perfumes got for xmas and free delivery what more can you want would def recommended and use again and delivery well packaged and fast!!

Hi Eleanor,

I am sorry that you feel this way. When a claim is needed it means we are not in-line to get the cashback expected. However, we want to give our members the best chance possible to get the cashback and so do use the claims system to query transactions. Unfortunately due to the nature of the claims system it can take a little while for the merchant to thoroughly investigate our query. This is especially true when we are not satisfied with the original outcome and so continue to query this further.

I am glad that we did continue to query this claim further as you did in the end get the cashback for this transaction. I can only apologise that it did take so long for our query to turn out positive.
