The email asking me to ‘manage my delivery’ did not say what day it was being delivered - so how do I know if I’ll be in or not?
The driver did NOT leave my parcel in a safe place - does Yodel no longer leave a card and try to deliver on another day??

Salesperson was helpful BUT 3hrs later when we returned to buy it - the delivery had gone from 3-4wks upto 6-7wks and there was a £90 delivery charge not previously mentioned.
