Yvonne was excellent to deal with. Found a buyer for our house within a week of instruction and was always on hand via email and phone. The process was a bit challenging at times but Yvonne’s assistance and persistence achieved the sale and we wouldn’t hesitate to instruct her again if we move in the future.

Although due to our circumstances we had to pull out of the property purchase, throughout the buying process Yvonne was friendly, helpful, polite and understanding, providing advice freely and straight away. If an answer wasn't available straight away, she would find out and return with an answer. Nothing was too much trouble!
We had a number of surveys carried out. Each time a surveyor/tradesperson was required to carry out a survey/inspection, they were able to book a day and time to visit the property and collect keys for access without any problems, due to the very efficient and professional way Yvonne runs the Agency. Very well done!!!

We contacted Yvonne at Astley & co to sell our mothers empty house as she had gone into a nursing home. We had previously had the house up for sale with a big estate agent based in Norwich.
We are so glad we used Astley & Co. Yvonne was so helpful with every aspect of the sale. Honest, trustworthy and professional throughout the process. Her years of experience made the sale of the house so much easier.
Yvonne was always on hand to explain and answer any questions we had. Quick to reply to email and phone calls. Great communication all round. Also very quick on showing prospective buyers around the house.

I contacted Astley and Co after the unexpected death of my brother in order to sell the house on behalf of his 3 children. In such a tragic time Yvonne and her team were compassionate and reassuring . So friendly and not at all like the other mainstream agents who gave me all the sales talk.Yvonne was honest about the price and I can remember her words " its not about what you put it on the market for its about the price you get for it" ( I hope I remembered that right !) Based upon the telephone call I overheard today between the so called “director Yvonne Astley” and my daughter I would avoid this company like the plague. Minus Zero stars is more appropriate.
Her attitude from the off has been very judgmental/biased due to the age of my daughter and her partner. They have been blocked from viewings so had to approach the home owners directly. My daughter was verbally insulted, this women has a serious lack of customer service skills, she interrupts, raises her voice and will not listen. She believes she is above all others based upon her vile attitude. Anyone can become a. director of a company so id suggest she needs to reign it in somewhat if she values her business and any future prospective customers. If she was employed, as an HR Manager I can categorically state she would be dismissed for gross misconduct. Perhaps explains why there is an admin person, mortgage advisor and herself only employed there! Oh and not to mention a lack of properties to market in the first instance.
All in all a very unprofessional experience with insults thrown in for good measure.

Yvonne from Astley&Co is the rudest, most judgemental and unprofessional ‘director’ I have ever come across. Never would I have thought that an estate agent would try to block potential buyers from viewing a property. After contacting the homeowners directly (last resort as Yvonne wouldn’t respond to our call or confirm a viewing) we managed to view the property. Upon calling the agent to provide feedback of the viewing I was personally insulted by Yvonne on several occasions throughout the short phone call. Yvonne was wholly unprofessional, judgemental, rude and on too many occasions spoke over me. She continually lied to us from small details such as offering us one date to view the property then saying she offered three, to doubling the amount of viewings or over exaggerating the offers received to try and put us off.

I am thankful that the house we viewed wasn’t for us and therefore we won’t be needing to deal with Yvonne and her attitude problems, but I just wish to warn others of the dreadful experience I have been faced with. I will be reporting her to the Property Ombudsman.

Cherie and Yvonne were wonderful, and provided an excellent efficient, caring and proactive service. Moving house can be a very stressful and emotional time, but they were absolutely brilliant. They are very knowledgeable about the property market and will tell you how it is, so you can trust what they say. They do all they can to help, and will do their best for you. If I were to sell and buy again, I wouldn't go to anyone else. Thank you so much :-)
