Very quick postage
Easy to follow to instructions and results look good

I'm a repeat customer - happy with the service I receive hence why I keep going back.
Knowledgeable people that work there - and they care too, want to make sure torque settings for wheel nuts are correct for example

New customer - very happy with customer service

I did a fair bit of research on SIM only deals and had read some very negative comments (particularly around customer service) about Lebara before I decided to go with them.
Service thus far has been excellent - quick delivery of SIM card, had cause to contact customer service over keeping old number. They (Aditya) were very good and it turned out it was an issue my end that needed sorting.
Very pleased and having tested the customer service side of things (which is where other reviews concerns seemed to lie), I would say that issue has been addressed.

Convenient for Reading train station

Chose car park as next to Reading station. All good, clean safe. Signage to exit to get out of car park to the station could have been clearer but we found it in the end.

Good service all round, great number of options/destinations. Booking system easy - having option for the same party being able to leave from different airports would have been appreciated as you used to be able to do

Farcical

Farcical

I was due to receive a delivery with my hour slot being 16.52-17.52 on a Friday

At about 17.50 notification changed to delivery will be delayed but will be with me shortly

At 18.28 I tried calling DPD line to find out when was shortly and was cut off.

After that I was unable to ring as call centre closes at 18.30

Then communicated through the web chat bot and was told same thing, it’ll be with me shortly

Waiting until 19.10, still getting “it’ll be with you shortly” message before calling it a day

Went home and notification had changed saying parcel had been delivered at 11.58 that morning, and name of a colleague given as recipient

Went back to office to see if it was there and couldn’t find it

Rang helpline 08.03 following morning who first of all said it had been delivered at 11.58 previous day, but then said no, it was dropped back at depot at 16.45 (3 mins before my 1 hour delivery slot was due to open!)

Was then put through to local depot who were unable to help me (but were very nice on the phone)

Had particularly unhelpful experience with the web chat bot system on the Saturday morning and, despite the fact I live 10 mins away from the depot, wasn’t able to collect it and had to wait until Monday

Despite what was a farce from my experience, I cannot understand how a parcel can be recorded as delivered to a named person and it hadn’t been delivered at all ??

Not a great experience and many hours of my time wasted
