Visited the store in Mytholmroyd on 2nd July had a really good look around (at sofas) nobody pushing or pestering us. Great! when we needed help Toby was a 'star' he had the patience of a saint as we changed our minds several times. finally sorted a sofa and foot stool and was very pleased with toby's attention detail and pleasant personality. cannot wait for our new furniture to arrive!!

Everything went really smoothly sales advisors really helpful (even though we had 3 different people) delivery excellent drivers fantastic on time and everything delivered

Ordered makeup paid by card then received an email to say out of stock. Not very professional

Very good service as usual. Have used many times before however not for s while but service as good as ever
