Coffee Friend delivered great customer service. In the current times and with Brexit just being announced there were a number of factors that delayed my delivery. But Coffee Friend did everything they could to keep me informed of progress and ensure that my order got to me as quick as possible.

Delivery was great and the grass was delivered within a few days. I laid the grass the last week and it’s looking amazing. I bought the interstellar grass. Very thick grass with good height. The kids and the dogs love it. The color is good and it looks much better than the old grass we had. I plan on brushing it each weekend to keep it well maintained.
Time will tell how it holds up over the next several years.

The protein works is a great company with strong positive ethics. It’s no wonder that their products share that mantra. The protein is of a very high quality, the service is excellent and I feel good every time I knock back one of their shakes.

Chrono24 is an awesome, trustworthy platform. It is very easy to search for and find the watches that you are interested in as well as compare them to other similar watches. The purchasing process is seamless and secure. There were no issues, and it greatly simplified the overall experience.

I am torn. I received the Proform R600 V1 rower as a gift and the quality really feels good. I've had it 3 months now and use it regularly, with a max pulling strength of 1000 Watts during sprints. Last week during a sprint session the belt snapped and I went into full extension on the rower, slamming my head into the wall behind me.

I immediately reached out to Fitness Superstore and iConEurope (who manufacture the Proform rower), sharing video footage of the incident taking place. iConEurope immediately contacted an engineer and shipped a part to the engineer who has come to my house to repair the rower.

Fitness superstore, sent me a mail saying they've forwarded the incident on to iConEurope. No real sympathy for what was a very bad, dangerous incident, for which I had to receive medical attention. Neither one of them have really cared about what happened. Nor have they tried to do anything other than replace the broken part under warranty.

Honestly, I was expecting one of them to come back to me quite quickly with a way that they could resolve this. Perhaps take back the rower and provide me with a better quality one. Follow up on how I'm doing. Offer some sort of compensation for this clear (and confirmed) manufacturing fault.

But no, there was nothing.
This is very upsetting and disturbing and something I feel compelled to make people aware of. Fitness Superstore DO NOT care about their customers!!!

Since this review, Fitness Superstores' Operations Manager has been in touch with me and has been greatly helpful. We shared multiple communications over email and came to a positive end result.
Fitness Superstore collected the old rower and have delivered and installed my new Concept2 rower (which I partly paid towards).

I gave it a try last night and it feels great. Totally different rowing feeling with far better tension delivery throughout the stroke.

It's unfortunate that it had to reach this point, but I am very happy that everything has been resolved and that I can now confidently push the rower without it breaking.

Excellent products, excellent customer service and a great taste.

I recently found Westmorland Sheepskins while looking for a pair of 100% wool slippers for my wife. I'd seen other wool slippers before and had even taken a look at the wool slippers offered by Ugg.

Westmorland Sheepskins offer wool slippers that feel softer and more comfortable than all those that I saw and were half the price of the comparable Uggs.

At first I wasn't sure my order was actually placed as it took a few hours to received the initial order confirmation (I had to phone to make 100% sure as this was the first time I was using them). I was phoned 15 minutes before delivery and the garage was delivered in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to deal with machine mart and the delivery company.
