Appalling service. It took 18 days to deliver a parcel on next day delivery. Tracking commenced to confirm they had the parcel but then abruptly stopped. The retailer I purchased from replaced the parcel and I received the replacement 10 days before Hermes finally delivered the original. Would never knowingly use Hermes again. No apology received from Hermes and then had the cheek to send an 'How did we do' survey.

I have used this company quite a few times now and have had good service each time. When I have had the need to return items there has been no problems and I have had my refund within days. The items I have kept have been great and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, in fact several of my friends are now using them with the same results.

Have used this company for the last few years for all my sun products. They have been very efficient with speedy delivery and competitive pricing. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Ordered personalised gift wrap at 1.00 p.m and received it the next morning. How's that for speedy delivery! Great wrapping paper and great service. Would definitely recommend.
