Don’t waist your time

So far since joining Toob I’ve had internet connection for less time than I’ve had it, they are near impossible to get hold of on the phones and when you think you’re about to get speak to someone it asks you to leave a message then no one gets back to you. I know other providers don’t have the best customer service but at least they have the decency to answer the phones or call you back. If you are thinking about making the change please think again if it’s worth the hassle and no internet.

It’s also funny when there is an issue it’s only ever suspected and they can’t find account details, bet they don’t have that issue when taking payment

No difference

Speeds are the same as I was getting on my previous bundle despite having the new hub and everything setup I guess the cables or the local exchange hasn’t been upgraded.

The speeds you get at home will, of course, depend on a variety of factors, it depends on your package, what and how many devices you have, how they are connected amongst other things.

We do have a download speed guarantee though - this will show the minimum speed we would expect for all our packages - you can take a look at that here: virg.in/speedsexplained.

DO NOT USE.

When they makes changes have been made your trip it is never seen as a big deal to them as they already have your money or a good portion of it and do everything they can to keep it and charge you more when you want to cancel a trip, where if they see it as a major change they would let you cancel for free. There customer service is the worst that I have had from any company so far, feel like the charges to cancel or transfer are just a scam for them to make more money as I know they have also scammed my father out of an extra £200+ to cancel.
So save your time and money and book your trip with someone else that looks after the customer and wants to help you not just at the money you are handing over money to them.

It was so easy to find what I wanted and at a very good price. The delivery was very quick and I was kept up to date with my order being sent out that also goes for the items that's where not in stock at the time I placed my order.

I would recommend buying from Modelsport uk and I will not hesitate to order from them again myself.

Fantastic choice, good value and a pleasure to deal with

The website is really easy to use and find what you want, there are handy ideas and tips of what to put with the meals you order. I didn't know there was such a choice for gluten free meals it's made life easier being able to still eat foods I enjoy.

I would happily recommend to anyone that I know wants improve the way they eat and feel.

The best out there

Over the past few years I have ordered from liberty flights a number of times they have always been good to deal with and at competitive prices. I have recommended a number of friends to use them and haven't heard anyone complain or say a bad word about them.

I will be using liberty flights again shortly for my next order and look forward to deal with them again and again.

They also have offers that come up from time to time which are worth trying and unlike other places the saving are genuine.

Poor communications in store

I went in with a couple of items to sell and made it clear to the member of staff I spoke to at the tills that I was interested in cash for the items and was told ok but they had to check them over which I was happy with. When I came back and spoke with someone else I was told that they wasn't doing cash and I had to have a bank transfer was a bit of a let down and then had to correct them to what one of the items was as they tried to offer a lower price wouldn't have thought it was hard to read a box or the label on the product it's self. Just make sure what they say to you is correct and they aren't leading you on and they know what your item really it.

I'm sorry that we couldn't fulfil what you were after. Our stores buy and sell, and our cash levels move up and down very frequently. We offer BACS transfers as an alternative for when cash isn't available. Our staff do their best to keep customers up to date where possible, but I appreciate that this can be frustrating.
