Hello – Like the last 1 Star reviews, you are NOT ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS. You ordered from a shop called valemontstore.com – WE ARE NOT THAT ONE!! A customer sent us her order details yesterday. We have reported this to both Klarna and Shopify (where this shop was operated). And we don't sell perfumes, only Valmont products.

Eine Kundin hat uns gestern Ihre Bestelldaten übermittelt. Wir haben dies sowohl bei Klarna als auch Shopify (wo dieser Shop betrieben wurde) gemeldet. Und wir verkaufen keine Parfüme sondern nur Valmont Produkte!

Here’s what you can try:

Please start by confirming whether the remote control has batteries installed. Once the batteries are in place, press and hold the button “setup” in the centre of the remote until the indicator light turns on. This means the pairing process has been successful.

Test All Buttons:
Ensure the controller’s battery is properly installed and try using each button after re-pairing.
