Great quality and service from CF

I have a couple of suitcases of CF and I'm really happy with them. It's not just about the quality but also about the support and customer service they offer to me. I will continue to be a loyal customer because of this.

S5 laste 2 days

Waited more than 1 year for S5, lasted 2 days then motor stopped working.

Update on 9th of May... Vanmoof repair shop does not have parts. Will take weeks to fix issue.

customer care made the difference

UPDATE 2: I'm very happy with the solution that was offered. I ordered a couple of times from DID before but now they will be my go to reference.

UPDATE: Manager Amanda has been working with me on a solution and I have the feeling they are really doing all they can to help. I hope it gets sorted.


Ordered samsung frame TV advertised as 4K TV turned out to be it was only HD. About 5 emails later and still no solution. I have been mislead by the website and none of the support reps did any effort to look up the information or solve the problem.
