Used the oak breakfast bar from Top Worktops to make an office / pc desk. Ordering was very easy and was delivered with no problems. Once cut to shape to fit an alcove it was installed and finished with 3 coats of lacquer and looks very good.

Have been ordering epson compatible inks from Internet Inks over many years. No problems what so ever except in the recent order one of the black cartridges was not recognised by the printer. Contacted Internet Ink who despatched a new one in first class mail. Excellent service and response to go with the excellent value compatible cartridges

Made a fully refundable booking with LastMinute.com to go to Majorca 22 March. I cancelled the booking before the Corona Virus restrictions hit and as it was fully refundable I was expecting a relatively quick full refund - not dependant on hotels refunding or vouchers issues due to "extraordinary situation" . Any Customer care from LastMinute has been non existent - no communications from them at all - I have phoned at least 4 times and spoke to their call answerers .... constant promises of it won't be long ... but nothing. THREE MONTHS GONE BY NOW AND STILL NO REFUND. (Jet2, Airport Car parking and doyouspain car hire, all part of thhis holiday booking refunded in 2-3 weeks) If I had made a non refundable booking I might be a little more understanding but no, this was a FULLY REFUNDABLE booking .... REFUND IT - NOW.
I will not be using this company again .... and I strongly suggest to iothers that you do the same .... customer service is simply non existent. SHAMBLES

** UPDATE 26 June ** This may just be a coincidence but after waiting for a refund for more than 3 months with no communications from this shambles 5 days after submitting my review on Trustpilot I finally get an email from LastMinute.com notifying me that they had just processed an actual full refund ! I think I might owe a big "thankyou Trustpilot" ... or it may be just a coincidence (I don't think so!)

Renewed policy from last year, did not need to claim on it so cannot say what claim dealings are like. On renewal printed new certificate from the website but link to the policy was to wrong policy. Emailed the contact address, remedied within 24 hours and then followed up 24 hours later by them ringing me to check all now OK - excellent - thank you Questor!
