I'm still waiting for a part of my order to arrive. The order was places on 28th January. Costumer service won't answer my email, so I have no further details!

I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting for part of your order. That's certainly frustrating.
If you haven’t received a reply to your emails yet, it’s possible that you replied to one of the automated emails (order confirmation, etc.) sent from a no-reply address. These emails are not delivered.
We’d also like to point out that we don’t receive emails if they contain too many attachments. Please be careful not to attach too many large files or images. Our email address actually ends with “@matratzen.discount”; please do not add .de or .com, as this will result in an incorrect address.
In our experience, our replies sometimes end up in the recipient’s spam folder. Please check this folder as well if you haven’t received our reply.
To find a quick solution, please send an email directly to customer-service@matratzen.discount with your order number. We’d be happy to help you.
